Background: Nonalcoholic fatty liver abnormality is more typical determination in clinical practice and around the world. Obesity diabetic individuals play a basic role development improvement of this disease. Purpose: This study was done to detect find out frequency nonalcoholic abnormalities on ultrasound at Al Noor Ultrasound KTH hospital Peshawar Pakistan. To review information NAFLD also hazardous factors for its advancement regions where future research important. Methods: Cross sectional overall 230 patients were taken from examination. Results: Total examined Color Doppler confirmed 150 diseased patients. In total males are 54.34% females 45.65%. The most frequent disease detected 104 (69.33%) (75 males, 29 females) although remaining diseases frequencies hydated cyst 12 (8%) patients, hepatitis 11 (7.33%) cirrhosis 10 (6.66%) hepatomegaly 8 (5.33%) least hematoma 5 (3.33%) Conclusion: found liver. key cause obesity modality choice early detection
